Classic Colonial Styling
The Colonial style buildings of our lovely gated community, were built in the late 1970s.  The brick buildings, varying in size and floor plan, are carefully maintained by a dedicated Board, which oversees the operation of the community.  Regular and frequent assessment of our physical plant is ongoing, with a focus on pro-active care.

The condominiums range from one bedroom/one bath of approximately 820 square feet to two bedroom/two bath units of approximately 1150 square feet.

Community Clubhouse
Our community clubhouse is available for party and event rental for a nominal fee. Recently, the three main rooms of the clubhouse were professionally decorated and refurbished.

The lower level of the clubhouse contains an indoor exercise room with fitness equipment and sauna available to unit owners at no expense.   Additionally, our location offers easy access for residents to visit both private and public golf courses in the surrounding region.

Outdoor Pool
Every day from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day, residents can enjoy a beautiful outdoor in-ground pool from 3 feet to 9 feet in depth. It has a length of 40 feet with a dedicated lap lane.  A licensed lifeguard is present for convenient hours.

Located just behind the clubhouse, the pool offers a changing area, showers and restrooms. The pool deck is also populated with comfortable lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas.
